Appointments
You do not need to make an appointment to see a doctor at either surgery except to Bozeat on Wednesday mornings.

Pre-bookable appointments are available on Wednesday mornings at Bozeat for patients registered at both surgeries. To make an appointment contact the receptionist at either surgery

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Out of Hours
Monday through Thursday between 6.30 pm and 8.00 am the following day and between 6.30 pm on Friday and 8.00 am the following Monday, ring Nenedoc on 0333 6 664 664.

Home Visits
If you are too ill to come to the surgery, a home visit can be arranged by contacting the receptionist. Please ring between 9 and 10.30 am, where possible

Getting your repeat prescriptions

You can get your repeat prescriptions by any of the following methods:-

Online

If you have registered at reception to use the online service then you can click here to order your repeat prescription online.

Telephone

Telephoning the receptionist at Wollaston or Bozeat according to where you usually attend.

At Wollaston, please ring for precsriptions between 9am and 11am Monday to Friday and between 4pm and 5pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

At Bozeat, please ring for prescriptions between 9am and 11am Monday to Friday and between 4pm and 5 pm Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

Repeat Slip

Putting in your repeat prescription slip in the box provided at each surgery

At Reception

Please tell the receptionists on the counter your requirements.

At Wollaston we need 24 hours notice for repeat prescriptions. We would usually send your prescriptions to Wollaston chemist. If you wish these to be held at the surgery, please let us know.

If you wish your prescriptions to be posted to you, we would be happy to do so if you provide us with a stamped self addressed envelope.

At Bozeat, repeat prescriptions are dispensed at the surgery after 11am after two working day following the day of your request.
