Getting your Repeat Prescriptions
You can get your repeat prescriptions by any of the following methods:-
Online
If you have registered at reception to use the online service then you can order online - follow the link at the top of this page.
Repeat Slip
You can drop you request for the prescription into the surgery box which is located at the main reception desk.
You can drop your request through the letterbox on the front door or using the post box located on the front gate when surgery is closed. Staff members will then process your request the following morning.
You can post your request to the surgery using the surgery’s address and if you also include a self-addressed envelope inside then we will even send your prescription back to you.
You can contact a pharmacy of your choice and they will be happy to process your request. Details of pharmacies near you could be found through yellow pages or by visiting http://www.nhs.uk/
Telephone
You could of course still ring the surgery to ask for your repeat prescriptions. However, we would suggest this to be used only if you have difficulty in contacting the surgery by any of the other means as above.
We now have a dedicated phone line for asking for repeat prescriptions at Wollaston Surgery. If you do need to make a phone call to ask for repeat prescriptions:
Please ring 01933 663505, between 11.30 am and 3.30 pm
