We wish to give up to date information about our practice through this website. As well as giving information about our practice and the services we provide, we hope it would be a useful resource for other health-related information. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like. We can use your ideas to improve our online services and further develop the content of this site.

 

We are going on to a new system as of 29 June 2012Emis Web!  There may some minor disruption during this change for a better system and a better service to you.  The use of Emis Accsess for online prescription requests will not be available during this time.  Please feel free to contact us on our prescription line (01933 663505 between 11:30 and 15:30) for any prescription ordering. Or contact us on 01933 664214 if you have any other issues.

Appointments
You do not need to make an appointment to see a doctor at either surgery except to Bozeat on Wednesday mornings.

Pre-bookable appointments are available on Wednesday mornings at Bozeat for patients registered at both surgeries.  To make an appointment contact the receptionist at either surgery

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone to cancel your appointment.

Out of Hours
Monday through Thursday between 6.30 pm and 8.00 am the following day and between 6.30 pm on Friday and 8.00 am the following Monday, ring Nenedoc on 0333 6 664 664.

Home Visits
If you are too ill to come to the surgery, a home visit can be arranged by contacting the receptionist. Please ring between 9 and 10.30 am, where possible
